A Leadership Experiment

I used to think that there was some place to get to, some evolved state that would magically bring me peace, ease, and happiness. I searched everywhere and tried out everything that had any promise of alleviating the discomfort I felt. And while there was value in many of the life changes that I made and practices picked up along the way, nothing soothed the ache long-term.  And then two years ago I had a “aha” moment that would change the trajectory of my life.

Here it is…

Being human is inherently hard and there nothing out there that will ease the pain we feel inside. It is only when we look within and integrate all of our life experiences that we can become more conscious and accepting of what it means to be human. 

From this level of awareness, a series of Experiments in Integrative Consciousness are being developed in partnership with one of the most magnificent human beings I know, Mark Yeoell.
