  • The first step is to schedule an exploratory session where we will dive into the organization's needs. Before the conversation, the inquirer will receive an initial “why” reflection to clarify the organization's current state, contributing factors to the current state, and what an ideal outcome of the work looks like. The initial insights will be reviewed to determine the next steps.

    • If a decision is made to move forward, an agreement is signed, which initiates a comprehensive needs analysis session to chart a transformational path forward.

    • If now is not the right time to work together, the requestor will leave the conversation with a stronger sense of what the organization needs and a complimentary development resource to humanize the workplace.

  • In this phase, we will conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to inform the intervention, including the selection of an assessment and delivery strategy. Assessments will include

    one or more of the following:

  • Once the intervention approach is approved, we move into the alchemical aspect of our work. This exciting and transformative time is when employees benefit from deploying the human-centric assessment, leading to deeper self-awareness and acceptance. This translates to a workplace with stronger connection, collaboration, and productivity.

    Based on the timeline, budget, and goals of the organization, there is a multitude of delivery options:

    • In-person, virtual, or a hybrid of both

    • At an off-site event, via formal training sessions, or self-guided

    • Cascaded from the top down, by team/department, or all at once

    While our team often delivers the initial solution, we encourage our clients to consider inviting employees to be part of the delivery team. This creates a higher level of organizational engagement and ensures the momentum created can be sustained internally.

    Regardless of the delivery approach, all solutions include on-demand employee resources to sustain and deepen the initial impacts. And your organization never has to worry about the administration of the assessment database. Our team manages all of the back-end work, ensuring a seamless experience for your organization.

  • As the initial engagement concludes, our team will complete an impact assessment that includes an employee survey, leader interviews, and other measures of success. The data from the impact assessment will be synthesized and shared during an integration session to determine the next steps. Options include:

    • Expanding the scope of the work, adding other assessments and interventions to deepen the workplace transformation.

    • Develop self-sustaining solutions to maintain the momentum generated and implement self-guided solutions to onboard new employees.

    • Enjoy the workplace benefits of the solution and revisit other options on a future date.
